To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend regularly inspecting the action of the product.

Hinges (other than sealed bearing) should be lubricated atleast yearly.

Minor damages and chips to paint from wear & tear should be corrected with touch up paint to minimise corrosion

Locks which are becoming stiff should be correctly adjusted or lubricated to avoid damage

Dimensions

Measure up tips

Your panel will be made to your specified size, within a 2mm tolerance.
Measure in a few spots between your posts or columns to check for variation.
Accurate width is crucial — incorrect measurements may mean the panel won’t fit. We can’t offer refunds for wrong sizes unless the item is faulty.
A tape measure works, but a laser measurer is ideal for best accuracy.
If using a tape, make sure it’s straight and held tight for a true reading.
If your columns aren’t level, measure to the shortest point.
Panels are fabricated square and level only.
Choosing "no feet" The panel will still have a standard gap underneath to match panels with feet of the same height.
For a snug fit, we suggest deducting 4mm — this allows a 2mm gap on each side, which is usually unnoticeable or can be caulked later if desired.
